Works greatIt generates a long URL for each form, so its not obvious until you copy and paste the URL that it is unique. You cannot edit the form within the site editor...

No longer sends email notification that form was submittedThis is not helpful. I need to get an email each time a form is submitted. Please add this to automation notifications. Ugh!
