Wayborn SMART form is a page widget for the hosted SMART form already in a Wayborn account. Visitors see the same questions they would see on the public form link or QR code. Spam checks and the lead inbox stay in Wayborn.
The widget frames that hosted form at a readable starting height. As someone moves through the form, the frame grows with the content so the page stays easy to read.
The widget does not open site contacts or keep submitted answers. Those stay with the Wayborn account that owns the form.
