SuperBot adds an AI support widget to your online store. It works with Stores Catalog V1 and V3 sites. It answers from your products, pages and approved knowledge, with source links, and says so when it doesn't know instead of guessing. Shoppers can check a recent order with its number and matching email, or ask for your team; the full conversation reaches a shared inbox so a person can continue. Manage training, knowledge, the inbox and widget settings in one SuperBot dashboard that opens from your site dashboard, already signed in. Set up without editing code, then approve answers and test common questions before shoppers ask. The widget speaks 35 languages. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited team members: the Free plan covers 200 conversations per month, and Starter and Pro raise the limit.
