Be careful with this vendor/No botes tu dinero!!! Make sure you have all your website's assets/files before you make a final payment otherwise you will not get them. If you need to edit your website they will not provide you with the pictures you paid for or any support, they will just ignore you or try to squeeze more money out of you. We even tipped them for the unfinished work and they still wouldn't provide us with the files and information we requested to finalized our project on our own....

esponse from SantPix Creative Studio: This review was posted by an anonymous account and contains misleading and harmful statements. The website was fully completed, delivered on time, and is live and functional, exactly as agreed. All assets included in the original scope were delivered, including a high-quality PNG logo. There was no agreement for additional formats at the start of the project. Even so, we went above and beyond by later providing EPS and PDF files, plus free SEO research, brand documentation, and many hours of phone revisions — none of which were part of the contract or billed. At no point did we ignore the client or request additional payment. Wix Marketplace Support has already contacted us and acknowledged the misleading nature of this review. Any access issues related to Cuba’s platform restrictions are outside our control.
