Legacy Response: Legacy Response is a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening community care, supporting nonprofits, and addressing critical challenges like social isolation, food insecurity, and volunteer engagement through innovative technology and strategic programs. The website we developed for them was designed to reflect that purpose with clarity, credibility, and compassion, turning a complex ecosystem of solutions into an intuitive and engaging digital experience. The site highlights Legacy Response’s key software platforms — including aKinder™Volunteer, aKinder™Wellness, aKinder™Chat, and Akinder™Care — each tailored to extend volunteer engagement, streamline nonprofit operations, and enhance connection and well-being for vulnerable populations. We structured the content so visitors can immediately understand the problem being solved, the tools available, and the impact these tools deliver for communities and organizations. On the homepage, we crafted clear entry points for each solution, supported by approachable messaging and calls to action like “Request a Demo” and “Get Started,” ensuring nonprofit leaders and partners can quickly find the support they need. The site also presents high-value service areas like community bus services and grant writing support in a way that highlights both operational detail and emotional impact. Because Legacy Response’s mission is rooted in human connection and impact, we prioritized accessibility, readability, and visual hierarchy so the message resonates with audiences ranging from nonprofit executives to community volunteers. The end result is a polished, purposeful, and scalable online presence that supports Legacy Response’s ongoing mission, invites collaboration, and strengthens their ability to serve communities in meaningful ways.

amstudio: Had the pleasure of redesigning the website for Ann Muana Studio, a dynamic graphic design, illustration, and artistic direction brand that blends multicultural creativity with bespoke visual storytelling. The goal of the project was to elevate the site’s structure and aesthetic to better showcase Ann’s portfolio, clarify her services (branding, visual identity, illustration, artistic direction), and create a more engaging user experience that reflects her unique creative voice. One of the key challenges was presenting rich visual work in a way that feels both artistic and easy to navigate — ensuring every piece stood out without overwhelming visitors. To solve this, I refined the information architecture, enhanced the visual hierarchy, optimized layouts for both desktop and mobile, and integrated design elements that support the studio’s creative identity. The outcome is a sleek, visually expressive website that beautifully highlights Ann’s work, strengthens her professional presence online, and makes it effortless for visitors to explore her projects and get in touch

Proceeds Solution: Working on the Proceeds Solution website was about building more than just a digital presence, it was about translating a complex financial recovery service into something clear, trustworthy, and easy for people to understand. Proceeds Solution helps homeowners, heirs, and property owners recover unclaimed surplus funds after foreclosure or tax sales, money that often goes unnoticed or unclaimed for years. The challenge was presenting this process in a way that immediately reassures visitors: helping them understand that they might be owed money, while also showing that the recovery process can be handled professionally and safely. The website was structured to guide visitors through that journey step-by-step, from learning what surplus foreclosure proceeds are, to understanding eligibility, and finally taking action to begin a claim review. Clear sections were designed to explain the services offered, including surplus fund recovery, unclaimed state funds, and support for heirs navigating foreclosure-related claims. Special attention went into creating a clean structure and strong calls-to-action that encourage visitors to check their eligibility, while reinforcing key trust signals such as a confidential review process, contingency-based fees, and a transparent recovery process. The result is a focused, professional website that not only explains a complicated financial process clearly but also builds confidence for people who may be discovering for the first time that they could be owed thousands of dollars in unclaimed funds.

The Tour Pals: The Tour Pals now has a clean, engaging, and purpose-driven online presence that reflects the heart of what they do — connecting travelers with unforgettable experiences. The goal was to design a website that not only showcases destinations and tours but also builds trust and excitement for visitors exploring travel options. Working with Alex, the CEO was amazing! This project focused on organizing information in a way that feels intuitive, highlights key offerings, and guides users toward booking or inquiry with clear calls-to-action. From crafting compelling service descriptions to structuring seamless navigation and responsive design, every detail was intentional, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and informed at every step. The outcome is a polished, user-centric travel website that strengthens The Tour Pals’ brand positioning online, enhances usability across devices, and supports growth by turning curious explorers into happy travelers.

One of the main challenges was striking the right balance between fun and professionalism, ensuring the site appealed to corporate decision-makers and workshop participants without feeling informal or risky. To solve this, I restructured the content hierarchy, refined the messaging for clarity and impact, and developed a clean, conversion-focused UI/UX direction that blends confident typography, structured layouts, and subtle playful accents.
