I truly loved working with ATC/SLN media. They designed a new website for me that looks very elegant and professional. ATC/SLN media also set up all of my Basic SEO needs on the new website that was built. They kept me informed and up to date with every step of the process, which I truly do love. They did not do what was agreed upon. 2 weeks was several months. Mike Finch did not do what was agreed upon. Last task was semi SEO that was not done. He said contact Joann Orvosh to maximize my site and local listing she did not do this and in exiting from doing business he deleted all my external links. Both parties position is they are not going to refund my money. This is is white collar crime. They need to be banned from using Wix permanently....

To clarify, the website was completed and launched in a timely manner based on the agreed scope of work.
Throughout the process, we maintained consistent communication via email, text, and Zoom meetings. JoAnn worked closely with you, and you were actively involved in reviewing the progress and confirming completion during those sessions.
The client became irate when he was told per Apple Maps that his business could not be verify because he does not have a place of business. He was told this through text and email, and forward email from Apple, this is when the customers asked for a refund, even though the work had been completed. This is when the harsh and racist language towards Mike started.
Regarding external links, no content or assets were removed beyond what is standard when services are discontinued or access permissions change. At all times, we acted in accordance with the agreed terms....

In the beginning, the communication sounded clear. He said he would handle everything, continue maintaining the website, and make edits without increasing the price. But during follow-up, the story changed. Suddenly I was told I needed to pay more for the same work. I also paid for Local Service but never received any updates or results. The pricing and promises kept changing, and the service was not reliable. I would not recommend this company....

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the process felt frustrating. For clarity: our SEO tech left multiple voicemails requesting the info needed to complete your Local Search setup, but we didn’t receive a response, so we couldn’t finish or send updates.
Your website was delivered fully functional using Wix’s built-in booking system. The pricing only changed when you later requested integration with a third-party booking provider, which requires additional custom work outside the original scope.
I’m still happy to complete that integration and can provide a clear cost and timeline if you’d like to move forward....
