Outdoor Residential are an award-winning landscaping group based on Sydney's North Shore. They came to us with a vision to update and upgrade their brand as the sought to shift away from recurring maintenance jobs and focus on capturing more high-value, full-scale landscape renovations.

We worked collaboratively with the owners to create something that not only showcased their personality, value and breadth of service, but also talked specifically to their ideal customer. 

The website is now far more reflective of their premium brand and position in market. And since going live just 2 months ago, they have already secured over 10 large-scale landscape construction projects.

Watson The Grapevine is a premium provider of bespoke wine tours and wedding transportation services on Melbourne's picturesque Mornington Peninsula. We had built their first website over 6 years ago, which had been tinkered with by the business owners. 

Following the sale of the business, the new owners reached out to give the website and brand a refreshed look that was representative of the quality services they offered.

We took a collaborative approach with the new owners, but they ultimately gave us full creative control. Trusting our expertise and capability to deliver something uniquely aesthetic and functional.

Our focus for the project was on several key areas:
- Realign all pages with the overarching brand;
- Deliver a consistent and impactful messaging strategy throughout the website
- Update imagery and video content to tell a story of the experience created by WTG;
- Improve page layout, flow and styling to make it easier for customers to navigate and engage, and showcase the brand's premium offerings;
- Improve on-page SEO content without sacrificing meaning or impact to the reader;
- Optimise site for easier booking and purchases.

A local landscaping business attempting to establish itself within a highly competitive market. Led by a young and innovative landscaper and designer, they wanted something that reflected their competitive advantage, core competency and vibrant personality.

We delivered this and more. Building for them a site that not only meets the requirements on design and content, but was optimised for conversion - quickly taking visitors on the journey from awareness to consideration and engagement. While minimising the challenges of making contact, typically imposed by other websites.

Red Hot Kitchens wanted to hold a position within their market that was premium but still affordable. This meant building a site that showcased their quality workmanship and modern finishes, but didn't scare away any great prospective customers who might be working to a budget.

We were lucky working with James as he is quite handy with a phone camera and disciplined about posting on social media. So we had plenty of great imagery to work with and were able to link his website project gallery directly from his Instagram account. 

The finished product was something that the client was proud to share with customers, prospects and peers alike. And still continues to generate plenty of leads for their business today.

A clean and simple, single page website. Nick was constantly met with "I tried Googling but couldn't find your website". So when he came to us to have a website built, his needs were focused around quickly converting prospects that may have already heard of his business elsewhere. 

We did this with a cleverly designed site-on-a-page. Using the hero section to showcase a premium project and reaffirming the business's value proposition. Along with a contact phone number and simple lead generation form, it was easy for customers to get in touch.

The rest of the page gives a quick snapshot of services, location, a project gallery, and a little bit about the business. 

The intention was to build out the site over time, but what we had created worked so efficiently that we didn't feel the need to change it - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
