No communication at all. Had to reach out the day of launch and was not completed and got pushed back 3 weeks. After finally being told it was completed, they arranged a meeting for us to receive the transfer, and never shown up to the meeting, with the communication of why or a reschedule. Once the transfer was finally completed, the project wasn't what we was told it was and had over 50 missing features, meaning the project was again then pushed back. In the end we had to do it all ourselves....

After a couple of days, I could already find my website off a quick keyword search in Google, where I was in the Google abyss before that. If you like people that know martial arts, and know what they are doing, hire them!...
