Let me just say a few words about Jeffers Media, I worked with Colin.  He allowed me to tell in my terms what the problems were, then set out to solve the issue(s).  Many times we non-tech persons (me) can't quite tell what tech-terms to use to explain the issue(s) but if a tech person takes the time to listen to what is being said they learn a lot.
