Thank you for your kind review. As in many cases, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. You are upset that I did not continue to edit the site after the time allotted expired. You did not mention the numerous versions of graphics you sent, as you could not make up your mind. I have all the Zoom meetings recorded. Therein lies the truth. 

This professional contributed very little beyond what I had already created, and the scant work completed did not justify the four hours billed. Even basic details, such as properly centering text, were overlooked even when reminded, requiring me to go in and make corrections myself.

Very professional and provided insight concerning my issue. Checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. 

Cody is an awesome designer. He listened to me, gathered all the requirements, and developed first the prototype (and showed it to me for approval). Then made some fixes based on my feedback, and once done, we got it published. All was done and delivered within 10 days, just as he promised. Thank you Cody!

I hired Intercity to help with my SEO strategy, but after six weeks, there were no visible results. While I know that SEO takes time, my main concern was the complete lack of communication when I reached out (politely) for updates. I believe that responsiveness should be a basic part of any professional service.

I was also shocked that multiple people had been added to my website management without my knowledge, (I granted access to only one person). Therefore I do not recommend Intercity.
