Kristin is amazing! I very much enjoyed working with her, the quality of her work and the suggestions made, as well as the creative approach that she took , was Incredible! Not to mention, her communication was constant, and the turnaround time was so fast. She went above and beyond. And I hope to continue working with her in the future! I highly recommend. I inherited website maintenance responsibilities for a site serving a small community association. I knew nothing about maintaining a website. I was surprised. by how intuitive much of the Wix platform is, but I did encounter issues I just couldn't figure out as I worked to make our website more dynamic and to add significant content/capabilities to a secure members' only section. In addition, I have no design experience and wanted our site to look more professional. Kristin was awesome. I came away from our initial conversation feeling that she understood my issues and what I was trying to accomplish. She had reviewed our site ahead of time and she was very upfront about what was possible within my limited budget and I wasn't subjected to any "upsell" pressure. We agreed to a plan of work. She helped me work through my highest priority issues and modified our home page. The changes to the home page were a perfect illustration of the value of a design professional. The changes weren't huge, but they introduced a "wow" factor that was really exciting. Throughout the process, I also appreciated the feedback and encouragement on the work I was doing. Highly recommend this provider. I got exactly what I wanted and actually a bit more than I had hoped for on my budget. I'm a tiny customer undoubtedly accounting for a minuscule component of her annual work, but I never felt like one. I look forward to working with her again in my next fiscal year to address a few remaining topics....
