It is unfortunate to spend money with ZERO results and most important time ( I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue as a small business that needed a website) with this type of service. If you are a serious small business trying to redesign your website, I'd reconsider. After two months, and thousands of excuses, the website was never delivered. When asked for a deadline, it was moved date after date. I could not even see a glimpse. I'm more than happy to pay 5x more than deal with this....

Client selected a design that she wanted. Made changes that were approved by her and her team and we were finalized the accessibility via phone and locked it down. She had her assistant contact me and demand a new design based on a newly discovered layout. After a couple of weeks of gathering what was actually needed for the new concept of which I was totally offering to do FREE OF CHARGE, client became very demanding about the new concept without consideration for time and other client projects as well. On the new concept, client wanted a highly sophisticated design which takes 3/4 weeks to design. Once your design is approved and you want an entirely new website setup, there is a process of which she didn’t understand and became very irate and very unprofessional and disrespectful. Client wasn’t prepared with images, before and after and also bio setups which were based on a new concept after she approved a final design. Total disregard for client list and time....
