I searched the Wix site for a competent Wix expert. My overseas website person was burdensome. I came upon Heather of Blufeather Designs, and she reached out to me in minutes. I thought I'd have to wait for days. Heather was professional, courteous, listened, and understood each item I wanted to change on my site. Heather patiently problem solved with AI. She restored what was broken and when the Wix function wasn’t performing as expected, she opened a ticket for me and followed up to make sure the issue was resolved. She didn’t even charge me for the full amount of time she devoted to the issue. Turns out, she’d done everything correctly. The fault lay with Wix. I would definitely use her services again....
