Very attentive, very customer-oriented and prompt response to any requests or changes. However, the focus on the client and their wishes comes at the expense of the agency's own creativity. The agency responds to the clients' wishes rather than making its own creative suggestions. This involves a lot of effort for the clients. The client becomes the babysitter who has to keep telling the agency what to do....
