Scope & Objectives 1. Redesigned and developed Favour and Care’s existing website into a modern, professional and accessible digital platform that better reflects the organisation’s growth, values and quality of support. 2. Restructured the website architecture and service information to make it easier for NDIS participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to understand and navigate Favour and Care’s services. 3. Developed a stronger digital presence focused on building trust, improving accessibility and creating clear pathways for enquiries and referrals. 4. Created a scalable website structure that allows Favour and Care to continue publishing updates, showcasing accommodation opportunities and expanding its digital content as the organisation grows. Key Features 1. Responsive website design optimised across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, providing a consistent and accessible experience across screen sizes. 2. Comprehensive service architecture showcasing Favour and Care’s NDIS supports through dedicated service pages with clear information and strategically positioned calls-to-action. 3. Supported Independent Living (SIL) showcase, providing dedicated accommodation content and imagery to help participants and families explore available housing and support options. 4. Custom News & Updates CMS, allowing the Favour and Care team to independently publish company announcements, community news, NDIS information, events and SIL vacancies without modifying the website design. 5. Dynamic content functionality enabling individual News & Updates articles to be automatically generated and displayed through professionally designed dynamic pages. 6. Online referral and enquiry pathways, creating a streamlined experience for participants, families and industry professionals looking to connect with Favour and Care. 7. SEO-focused website structure and content, improving page organisation, metadata and search visibility while clearly communicating Favour and Care’s services. 8.
