Thanks for the review Shane & sorry you feel this way. I'm totally unaware of any issues from our work last year as you hadn't mentioned anything . If anything was not as expected, I would have certainly been happy to know & improve my services.
This year, we were working on an SEO audit & if I was slow to reply at any stage then again, I apologise.
You did ask for a refund but didn't give a reason for this apart from you 'might be going in a different direction and no longer need the work doing'. I did ask what had happened, if the business is okay & if I could help with anything but you didn't tell me any more & just asked for a refund (minus work done).
I felt as though I deserved more detail than a simple change of mind with no reason. Maybe I'm wrong but either way, I can calculate a part refund for you as you asked as I would like to be fair in this respect.
I will carefully consider your review so that I can improve my services & sorry for falling short of your expectation....
