Beware of Zoek. I was told by their rep David Alvarez Garcia that my contract wouldn’t auto-renew. Still, I was charged $499 after cancellation was confirmed. The 7-day notice policy was never mentioned in months of calls. They claim they tried to contact me, but I received nothing. I had to file a chargeback. Zoek has 88 Better Business Bureau complaints—this seems to be a pattern. I do not recommend trusting this company.

This experience has been the worst relationship I have had with a company in my professional life. They have jeopardized the trajectory of our website project, and there is no end in sight. What should have taken an hour or two has been turned into weeks-worth of delays with no answers. We have a family friend that is building a website, and I advised that friend to avoid Zoek. ...

The website design submitted for my review is not acceptable. It is amateurish and of very poor quality. I am disappointed, to say the least. I feel that continuing with Zoek Marketing open ended will cost thousands of additional dollars and leave me with a product that I am not satisfied with. My thanks to Roxena and Paul for their efforts. I would like to meet with the senior manager who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality.

I could not find the time or desire to learn everything I need to know about website design to make my website happen. I’m busy creating my handmade products. ZERO STARS! Deceptive and fraudulent sales tactics. BEWARE! The service was sold to me as a custom website and custom logo. Not only were deadlines missed. But the logo was clearly AI generated and absolutely nothing like what I requested. The logo didn’t even make sense. The website was clearly built using a basic Wix template which I could do myself. Nothing was filled in on the website, and AI pictures were used even though I provided real pictures and a ton of information on the business....
