I found Josef to be helpful and easy to work with, unfortunately he could not ultimately solve the problem but he identified it and suggested contacting Wix support which I did. The expert there came up with pretty much the same conclusions as Josef did. So I think I have an intractable problem relating to a root domain name issue but we'll see if google fetches the revised url. Josef worked with me for an hour but very generously didn't charge me as he was not able to solve my problem....

The wiklex team has an effective system that allowed for smooth and efficient development of our site.
