Ivy and the team were excellent from the start. I had a new website that I tried to AI the whole site. Well, I had a mess. These folks at Fix showed their magic. Within a few days my mess was turned into a published site. Thank you, thank you to Ivy and the rest behind the scene.

I enjoyed working with Fix-Wix. I started on Wix to create my business website and realized that I really had no idea what I was doing.   I selected them from the list of agencies provided by Wix.  From day one they were very patient with me.   I was not sure how to explain what I wanted and at one point provided photos of other sites and said - I think I like this or that. They were fine with that and made each change I requested.   I would definitely use them again

Vance and AC completed outstanding work as well as completing each fix as requested and in a timely manner 

This group relieved my anxieties when they understood my vision and stayed true to the intention that I was unable to accomplish on my own.  They actually exceeded expectations and thought of things I did not.  The contact was timely without harassing, they were patient with my time issues, and they made absolutely sure I was completely satisfied.  I am more than satisfied.

I did a basic website before but I needed classes and memberships for this one and knew I was in over my head. I used the Wix services feature and got several responses but decided to try Fix Wix.  They made everything simple. My requests were followed well but they made their own twists on everything. Their vision exceeded anything I could have come up with. Vance my project manager communicated and guided me every step of the way.  I will use their services again as we grow.

Excellent customer service! They were extremely responsive and committed to providing me with exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them. 


Highly recommend Fix Wix. Communication was great, fast and responsive. Within my website I have a multi-state box page with in depth velo coding (over 250 lines of code) to store customer details in a database connected to a triggered email for the customer. I tried for weeks to finalise the code and make the project  work, however with Fix Wix they managed to solve my problem within minutes! Any future problems I will certainly be going to them :)

Hello Bryan, your request was not simple, if it was simple, you'll be able to do it yourself. You liked the first work and you requested that you should be able to edit it, we explained that the design will be different since the first design was done through Velo coding, you got irate and requested your money back and requested a compensation on top of that. We were willing to refund, but also requesting to compensate the time we worked on the project, but you were insisting that we should pay you. You paid for a service that was completed, we were kind enough to work on your other request that was not part of the scope. 

Absolutely terrible company. Terrible service, and terrible communication. I paid nearly 300 dollars for some simple website customisations and not only did they break our site meaning we had to start over. After agreeing to a complete refund we have heard nothing from them so we are now out of pocket by a few hundred dollars and they are ignoring all my emails. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS you will be throwing your money away. There are plenty of other reputable developers on the market place. Don't take the chance with Fix Wix. All you will get is heartache and stress on top of having your money stolen.
