I absolutely recommend Shannon Michael. After speaking with a few designers through Wix which were nothing but overseas companies who constantly bombarded me with emails and calls, Shannon was professional, easy to work with, and discussed everything in detail. She was very professional, affordable, and made a website for me with ease. I could have figured it out myself, but I know I would have messed up a format and been spending way too long on it. She helped suggest colors and fonts and had me select from several designs that matched my business needs....
