After multiple attempts and failures to build a website, I turned to a professional. I selected Olam Sites for their quick response and reasonable rates, definitely within the budget of a startup. Derek was patient, understanding and helpful to someone like me whose questions can test the patience of any developer.

Olam has done an excellent job on the design of my website. I began writing a business requirements document for my website back in 2019 and completed it in 2022. I gave my requirements to many of the WIX partners, they did not take the time to read it and just threw my ideas in trash, these were WIX's highly recommended partners - very sad. Then came, Derek Hairston Jr, the owner of Olam and his team, who patiently read my 45 page document carefully, and was willing to put my vision out to pasture. Olam's team was in no rush to complete the website. They had the patience and a great price in developing my website. The great budget of just $800.00 was in my business requirements procurement document and they honored it! As a small time business owner (single dad with 2 kids), this was the main thing that helped me chose Olam in the summer of July 2022, when everything was so expensive. They worked with due diligence in a professional and courteous manner. I got 2 revision rounds after the initial prototype and their team was able pull it off with success and within budget. I will definitely come back to Olam. Derek is a very humble person and he listens to his customer's wants and needs, and also gave excellent recommendations. Olam's team went above and beyond in recommending a blog be placed on my website that was affordable for me. I'm definitely coming back to Olam to add more functionality, once I start to write up a requirements document again for Phase II. 5 stars Olam!!...

Derek set up the registration page as I requested but did not let me know how I am to receive the registrations and he has not responded to my questions. The work was fine, the follow up not so much....

They reached out and the communication was excellent at first. Derek did “most” of what I needed help with. However, there was a critical piece that I didn’t understand and was left undone and the communication just ceased after he set up the payment system. I needed just a little more help that I didn’t understand, so I muddled through and did it myself.
I was a little disappointed but it did get done. So grateful....

You will not be disappointed by using Derek and his team. His pricing is reasonable, he listens so he gets a good idea of what you want on your project and for me, the turnaround time was perfect. My only regret is that I haven’t used Derek on all my projects....

I highly recommend Olam Sites! Derek was wonderfully efficient, professional, and accommodating. He listened carefully to my needs and helped me organize with reasonable options. My problem was resolved within the framework that we created and in a few days! I would easily call him again. No overcomplicating. He explained things very well, at my level, and made sure I felt comfortable moving forward. I will be calling him again for future projects....
