The whole experience was handled poorly. The developer in charge would argue with us over our decision on OUR video, how WE wanted it. Sheila our contact would not listen and would keep reminding us of how many revisions we have and not hearing that revisions were not done correctly. Sheila was confrontational and seemed more concerned about warning us about additional costs instead of providing customer service....

We are so sorry this is how you felt. Our team was feeling the same way about the partnership and how it wasn't going to work as the project began to grow from the original scope of work. We mostly just wanted to find more affordable options considering there was not the budget to cover some of the extra work. We know you had big visions and love all of the creative ideas for your call center in the Philipines. We really wanted to make sure you felt taken care of but of course, had to make sure our team could be paid for the extra work.
