Terrible. Joy Media is a fraud. They took advantage of my ignorance of website design—after all, that is the reason I hired them—and delivered a website model that I could have downloaded from Wix myself.
Stay away from them. I am sure that most web designers are honest people, but this one is definitely not....

We never usually engage ourself in comments but this is something serious and we wanted to highlight.
The website was given to you in a proper working condition.
You were given tutorials. After you agreed to the work then the website was transferred to your account. Post the tranfer of the website you made the changes to your website which didnt work for you.
We don't take the responsibility of the changes that you do by yourself.... 0

Thanks for the review, we are always quick with our communication. As we had the call we were told that the website is all done and you'll be able to manage from there on call. Post that the website was submitted as done. Also in regards to the time frame it was 2am.
To avoid future miscommunication kindly mention all the questions, also in case we don't reply atleast give us 24hours to get back to you within.... 0

EJ fixed up the work that I had done on my site. He set up the the shop, payments and shipping and rearranged the site to correct order. He is a very good communicator, works quickly and very helpful. Definitely recommend. Thanks EJ...
