Saulo, it's unfortunate that you feel that way. The reality of the situation is that you hired us to do something, but the project scope changed during the process since you wanted to add more functionality and complexity than what you had paid for.  Of course the project cost was going to go up, and it's unfortunate that because of the changes you feel like you were ripped off.  You certainly weren't since we completed the first scope of work you had initially hired us to do.

We hired this company to develop an online reservation system for an amount that we agreed and which was paid in advance before they started working.  They promised that they would finish the project in a period of one month, which never happened.  More than 6 months passed in which they were always excuses after excuses.  At the end of all that time they came out saying that they could not develop the system because it was very complex and that they required much more money to do it.  In view of all these excuses we noticed that we had hired the wrong people to carry out this type of project.  So in order not to lose the money we had already given them, we proposed them to apply that money for advertising and marketing costs.  Our surprise was that they flatly refused to accept the proposal.  They simply took our money, did not develop our project and never had the slightest intention of solving the situation.  We were ripped off.

It is a pleasure to work with you Peter.  Our hope is that we can continue to offer you support as we have done since we launched the site.
