Zentura: Zentura approached us with an existing Wix website designed by the business owner on the standard editor. As their business had grown and evolved over the years, they sought to update their website to reflect these changes and make it more relevant. Despite hearing from other web design companies that Wix was not suitable for SEO and lacked responsiveness, we introduced Zentura to the capabilities of Wix Editor X, showcasing its full-stack system and sleek, unique designs. We dispelled misconceptions about Wix's SEO capabilities and highlighted its leading position in the field. We guided Zentura through the process of selecting their ideal homepage design, leveraging Wix's secure and familiar platform. Utilising design sprints, we ensured their confidence in building a website with Wix. Zentura's website became one of our final Editor X projects before transitioning to Studio, showcasing the platform's advanced features and possibilities. Custom coding was implemented to enable different hovering interactions, surpassing Wix's usual capabilities. Additionally, we addressed the challenge of integrating videos from Wistia, a platform lacking native support within Wix. By developing a custom integration, we incorporated their videos into the website, enhancing the overall user experience and functionality.
Forest Park School: Forest Park School, led by Martin Grey and Jackie Reynolds, has its home next door to the Digital Edge headquarters. With a pre-existing connection to individuals within Digital Edge, collaboration was established from the outset. Making use of the capabilities of Editor X, we created a high-quality website tailored to the school's unique needs, providing robust back-end development to support administrative tasks. As a brand-new facility, dedicated to supporting children with Special Educational Needs from ages 11 to 18 in Newton Aycliffe, Forest Park School began its digital journey with the guidance and support of Digital Edge. Our team worked closely with Jackie and her team to navigate the intricacies of establishing an online presence for the school, ensuring every aspect reflected its mission and values. In using Editor X, the highest quality platform available at the time, we provided Forest Park School with a website that not only meets but exceeds industry standards. We were able to provide a website to a high level with back-end development that supports the schools administration. While Editor X has since been succeeded by Studio, our commitment to delivering top digital solutions remains, ensuring that Forest Park School's online presence continues to evolve and thrive alongside its mission to support students with Special Educational Needs.
Martin Gray Football Academy: Martin Grey Football Academy, led by Martin Grey, former Sunderland footballer and Darlington football manager, requested a digital transformation journey with Digital Edge. Building upon the success of two previous ventures in which Martin Grey was involved, our partnership was solidified as Martin entrusted us with updating the football academy's website. The foundation of trust and reliability established through previous collaborations paved the way for Martin and his team to migrate more of their digital assets to Digital Edge, recognising our track record of delivering exceptional online solutions. With a good understanding of the sports industry and Martin's vision for the academy's online presence, we began the task of modernising the website to better serve its audience by designing and building a modern website on Wix Studio. The website not only reflects the academy's ethos and values but also meets the high standards expected in the competitive sports industry. Through effective communication and collaboration, we ensured that every aspect of the website aligned with Martin's vision and goals for the academy. We are proud to continue our partnership with Martin Grey Football Academy, delivering digital solutions that drive engagement, promote growth, and boost the academy's online presence.

A big thank you to Digital Edge for their hard work in bringing our vision to life. They provided the most comprehensive scope and best understood our needs. Communication was clear, and professional. The project took longer and cost more than anticipated, partly due to complexity and our limited experience. A challenge was the 30-day limit on fixes, as some issues surfaced later. We also spent extensive hours testing and providing feedback on issues that we felt should have been caught earlier....
