First time we have been working with Jonathan Lopes form Bluehance 360. We have been very pleased with all the initial contacts from the beginning. The project was to developed an API between our website and 3L partner. It was executed perfectly and in the time frame requested. During this process Jonathan was very professional, very prompt in responding and keeping us updated on the progress of the work. Also he has been communicating with our 3L partner periodically and has been very consistent in following-up with them to complete the project. They responded quickly to my emails but the biggest issue was the language barrier. They didn’t understand basic concepts that should have been familiar ( like US date format). Also the websites flow is horrible and very confusing. After a much needed phone conference, we were told we could have achieved some results we initIally requested that the web developers wrote was out of scope. We are not satisfied but our grant program is now open. Once our program closes in December we will scrap this website and take our business somewhere else....
