In the beginning when you are able to talk to someone its fine, however once I gave the ok to do the project, they would not communicate via phone anymore, only wanted to do via email. Which it caused to much back and forth when a simple call would have clarified everything. All I want to know was how to publish a review for my company that went to my email on to my website. He could not help me with this basically saying it wasn't possible when I know it was possible because the previous web person put all my reviews on the website so I know it can be done.
The delivery time was good...
