I purchased this WIX website template that looked good but turned out to be a nightmare to customize. The editing process is unnecessarily complex, and many technical aspects are flawed - font settings, sizes, and header placements are all over the place. For example, the homepage starts with an H4, followed by an H2 -terrible for SEO! It’s clear that the template was designed for looks, not functionality. If you need a fully optimized and structured website, this isn’t the right choice....

The template it self is lovely (5 stars). I purchased it and spent the 72 hours trying to use it (I have some experience with design). I quickly realized that it would take way to much time to learn the necessary information just to make simple edits to the template. I asked for a refund but it was denied. A non-refundable policy on product that you must buy to see if you can make it work is simply not acceptable. My issues are with the Marketplace refund policy and their lack of compassion....
