They pick a size, dress it with a ribbon or a card, fill it from your own products and photographs, and write a gift message. It reaches the basket as one line at one price, and the order lists exactly what is inside, so whoever packs it never has to ask. Count capacity in units, so a cake takes two places where a bar takes one. Offer to fill the rest for them. Nudge a bigger box where one would fit. Match your own colours and type.
