Move appointments into Bookings with a review-first import built for small service businesses and agencies. Upload a supported scheduling CSV, map its events to your existing services, staff, and locations, then run a dry audit before anything changes. The importer classifies every accepted row, prevents duplicate contacts and bookings on retry, verifies new bookings after creation, and provides a downloadable reconciliation report. Future one-person, unpaid appointments can be created as native bookings when the mapping and live slot are valid. Past appointments are preserved as read-only reference history so they do not affect current availability, notifications, payments, or membership balances. Free Audit reviews up to 250 rows without creating records. Pro supports imports up to 10,000 rows per file. Bookings is required. One supported third-party scheduling CSV format is available at launch; paid bookings, recurring memberships, classes, courses, and customer credentials are not migrated.
