Event Capacity & Waitlist gives each event one total ticket limit across all of its ticket types, and a waitlist for when it sells out. Selling early bird, standard and student tickets for a room with 60 seats? Set the total to 60. Every ticket type sells from the same pool, so you never sell more seats than you have. Each type still keeps its own limit if you set one, and a single order can never take more tickets than are left. When the event sells out, a "Join the waitlist" form appears on the event page. Guests leave their name, email and how many tickets they want. When tickets free up, because an order is cancelled or you raise the total, the app tells your automations who is next in line, so an email can go out right away. Earlier sign-ups are told first. See everyone waiting in the dashboard, filter by status, update guests by hand and export the list to CSV. Set it up in the Tickets tab of any event. Turn shared capacity off and your own ticket limits come back. The Free plan covers 1 event. Pro covers all your events.
