SignLoop helps you collect signatures on the documents your business relies on, such as activity waivers, photo consent forms, service agreements and terms. You write the document in your dashboard or start from an included template, and add any fields you need, such as an emergency contact. Customers sign on a page of your own site, on a phone or a computer. You can email someone a private link, with a reminder if they haven't signed after a few days, or share one public link for walk-in customers. On the Pro and Business plans, kiosk mode turns a tablet at reception into a signing station that clears itself after each person. Before signing, the signer agrees to sign electronically, then draws or types their signature. SignLoop then creates a PDF with a certificate page recording who signed, when, from which IP address and browser, and a SHA-256 value of the signed pages. The PDF is kept privately on your site, and the signer can download a copy. Your dashboard lists every document with its audit trail and can check whether a PDF matches the original. SignLoop is for simple electronic signatures. It isn't intended for documents that must be witnessed, notarised or registered.
