Where an item sits, how it should be packed and who supplies it often live in a notebook or a spreadsheet that drifts away from the store. Product Shelf Notes keeps that information next to your products: a shelf code, a packing note, a supplier name and a free note for each item. Only the store owner and collaborators can see the notes; site visitors never do. The main page lists every product in your store with its SKU, sorted by shelf code, so A-2 comes before A-10 and items without a code come last. You can search across names, SKUs, shelf codes, suppliers and notes, and show only the products with or without a note. One click exports the list as a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel, ready for a picking walk or a stocktake. While you work in the products list, the ... menu on each product opens the same note in a small window, and a short banner above the list shows how many products have notes. The free plan keeps notes for up to 20 products and exports the first 10 rows of the CSV. Pro removes both limits. Notes you have already saved stay readable and editable on either plan.
