Stop typing orders into your accounting. Lexware Office Connector turns paid store and booking orders into Lexware Office invoices, automatically, every hour. Automatic invoices Every paid order becomes an official Lexware Office invoice with the correct VAT rate per item, shipping costs and a sequential invoice number. An invoice is only finalized when its total matches the order. Refunds become credit notes When you refund an order, the app creates the matching credit note in Lexware Office, linked to the invoice. Contacts, products and services Customers are matched by email, products and booking services by SKU, without duplicates. The Lexware customer number is written back to your site contact. Secure and GDPR-compliant Servers in Germany, encrypted API keys and a full history in your dashboard. All data is deleted within 30 days of uninstalling. Requirements A Lexware Office XL plan, because only XL includes the Public API (API key). Until the app is an official Lexware extension, other plans can't connect.
