Moving your appointment business to a new website usually means a weekend of retyping: every client, every service, every upcoming appointment copied by hand out of your old scheduler. Bookings Importer is designed to take that weekend off your plate for salons, trainers, therapists, studios, and consultants switching from Acuity Scheduling or Calendly. Export your data from Acuity or Calendly as CSV files and upload them inside your site dashboard. The free preview shows what the app detected - how many clients, services, and upcoming appointments - with any problems flagged in plain language, like a date it could not read or a service missing a duration. Nothing changes on your site until you choose to run the import. When the preview looks right, a one-time purchase runs the import. Clients are brought into your contact list, your service menu is recreated as bookable services, and future appointments are placed on your booking calendar. The import runs quietly: no emails are sent to imported clients, so nobody hears from your new system before you are ready. The preview is free, and you pay once, only if you decide to import.
