BILL helps you bill clients from the dashboard where you run your site. Create invoices, estimates, receipts and credit notes with line items, discounts, several tax rates, shipping and fees in any currency, and watch a live preview as you type. Pick one of three document looks, add your logo and brand color, and download a clean PDF in A4 or Letter. Send documents by email with your business name and reply address, or share a private link that opens on a page of your site. You can see when a client opened it, and clients can accept an estimate online. Record full or partial payments, issue credit notes and turn an accepted estimate into an invoice in one click. Keep a client book with default currency and payment terms, import clients from a file or your site contacts, and import items from your store, bookings or plans. Recurring invoices and payment reminders follow your schedule and run when you open the app. BILL can also create an invoice or receipt for each purchase on your site. BILL is free, with no paid plan. It does not process payments: invoices show your bank details or payment link, and you mark them as paid. Available in ten languages.
