Cartiva - Abandoned Cart & Checkout Recovery is designed to help online stores follow up with shoppers who added products or started checkout and then left. It sends a short series of reminder emails to contacts who agreed to marketing email, and it is free to use.
Each campaign can include several timed reminders with your own wait times and templates. Reminders stop when a shopper buys or unsubscribes, and quiet hours and sending limits help keep volume under control. Templates come in eight languages, including Arabic with right-to-left layout, with previews and a test email. A single-use discount code can be added if you wish.
Reporting helps you see which recovered orders can be linked to a reminder. You can compare subject lines with A/B tests, or keep a small group that receives no reminder to see how many shoppers return on their own. An optional pop-up can ask visitors for their email with an unticked consent box.
Emails use your site's email allowance, and reminders go out within about five minutes of their due time. Delivery is reported as sent, and opens and clicks are not shown. You remain responsible for your consent and local email rules.
