Customers can select a service and share their preferred date range, days of the week, and times. You can also collect optional contact details, add requests manually, pause or reactivate them, and remove entries that are no longer needed. Choose which appointment services accept waitlist requests, set the minimum advance notice, and customize the form’s text, colors, typography, layout, and optional fields to match your site. The app syncs with Bookings and monitors cancellations and rescheduled appointments. When a potential opening appears, you can review it alongside matching waitlist requests.
