Barcode Order Picking transforms your order fulfillment workflow by connecting your store orders directly to a barcode scanner. Instead of manually checking each item, your warehouse or shop staff simply scan product barcodes to mark items as picked - reducing errors and speeding up the entire process. The app shows all unfulfilled orders sorted from oldest to newest, so your team always knows what to prioritize. Each order displays the full item list, quantities, and picking status at a glance. Before picking begins, assign GTIN barcodes to products and variants in the built-in barcode management tab. Scan or type barcodes manually - they save automatically and are shared across your team. Continuous scan mode lets staff scan without pressing any buttons, ideal for dedicated scanner devices. Set a cooldown to prevent double-picks and get audio feedback on each scan. Picking progress updates in real time: each item shows units picked versus total, completed orders are highlighted, and items can also be picked manually. Once all items are picked, mark the order as fulfilled with one click - or turn on auto-fulfill to do it automatically the moment the last item is scanned.
