StatusCraft gives your team a private workspace for tracking store orders through your own fulfillment stages. Define steps such as Picking, Packing, Quality Check and Dispatched, with an estimated duration for each. Progress and notes stay separate from your store’s native order status. Load an order, move it to a stage and preview its delivery estimate and customer message. Connect the order-stage trigger to your site’s Automations to send the email subject and body you previewed. Messages require a configured automation and are subject to your site’s email or SMS service limits; StatusCraft does not send them automatically on installation. Basic includes up to five custom stages, private order timelines, message templates, automation events and business-day delivery estimates. Pro includes the same complete workflow with unlimited stages. Your stages and timelines are saved with your site so your team shares the same progress.
