Hand every guest a proper name badge and check them in fast. Print badges with each guest's name, ticket type and a check-in QR code on standard letter paper, plus compact tickets and drink or meal tickets. On the day, open Door Check-in on any phone or laptop. Scan a ticket or badge, type the ticket number or search a name, and see at once whether it's valid, already used or not on the list. Turn on printing and each badge comes out the moment the guest checks in. The Guest List page adds search, arrival filters, bulk check-in and a spreadsheet export. Arrivals Pro adds branded reminder emails: every registered guest gets your email before the event, sent automatically at the times you choose, from a week to 30 minutes ahead. Design it with your logo, header image, colors and message, preview it and send yourself a test. Pro also puts your logo, a color band and a tagline on every badge and ticket. Works with ticketed and RSVP events. Requires the Events & Tickets app.
