Beacon Rental Bookings turns your website into a rental shop. Every item, from kayaks and bikes to trailers or bounce houses, gets a photo card, and it works as well for studios, rooms, simulator bays, batting cages or courts rented by the hour. Customers pick their dates or times and how many, add other items to the same order and pay through your site's checkout. Rent by the hour, day or night. Hourly rentals can run past closing, and daily ones are picked as a range on the calendar. Set prices for longer rentals, like 4 hours for $120 or a week for $300, or sell only set lengths such as 2, 4 or 8 hours. Add weekend or season rates too. Each item has its own capacity, so bookings stop when you're out, and slots are held during checkout. You can ask for a licence number or an address, charge for delivery or setup, add a tick box for your terms and collect a refundable deposit. Bookings show in your dashboard and feed into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The free plan includes one bookable item.
