I was happy when Jason contacted me and offered to help sort out my shipping issue. He convinced me that the website done was basic and that he could build a new one in WIX Studio and sort the shipping for $300. The first draft of the design was the previous designer's work which I did brought to his attention. It was finally done to an acceptable standard.
However, he could not sort the shipping out. I needed to do bits he said. Why am I paying you? He has ignored me when I ask this question. ...

Hi Maleka, We don't work during weekends, and about your shipping integration, it was already done a week back, and you have been advised to enter the information at your end as you are the owner of it. It was just basic business details you had to put there and some information can only be updated by you.
You will need to take ownership of the final setup at your end as technical work has already been done. Only owner can select those necessary details you need to choose in the platform.... 0
